This week Clint and Russell interview Sandy Pardue of Classic Practice Resources.  Sandy works as a consultant helping dentists establish systems in their offices.  We discuss everything from hiring processes to questionable business practices to her interesting first experience as a dental consultant in the Northeast.  

This week Russ and Clint talk with Dr. Len Tau.  Len is a dentist who has dedicated his life to helping other dentists get great online reviews.  We talk about Len's journey from NYC to NOLA to PHL to FL and how he retired at age 50.  We also hear about how to deal with bad reviews and what not to do.

This week Clint and Russ talk with Dr. Gina Dorfman who is owner of YAPI as well Dentistry for Kids and Adults in California.  We discuss the fun of owning a dental office, hiring dental staff, working with other dentists and discussing whose dog is barking in the background.

We discuss Greg's journey as a dentist and how and why he created his technique.  We also discuss how it is too damn cold.
